What It Monitors

Section titled “What It Monitors”
  1. Allocated Budget: The agreed monetary contract value (e.g. $25,000 USD).
  2. Burn Rate & Consumed Value: Total billable hours multiplied by team hourly rates.
  3. Estimated vs Actual Hours: Real-time visual comparison showing whether engineering or design is pacing ahead of or behind projections.
  4. Profitability Margin: Projected profit remaining on fixed-fee client engagements.
