Interactive Gantt Timeline & Dependencies

The Gantt Timeline provides an interactive visual roadmap for scheduling tasks, calculating critical paths, and understanding deliverable dependencies.

Key Capabilities of the Gantt View

Section titled “Key Capabilities of the Gantt View”
  • Draggable Task Bars: Drag the left or right edges of any task bar to expand or shrink its start and due dates. Drag the entire bar across the calendar grid to reschedule.
  • Milestone Anchors: Milestones are displayed with diamond markers, visually highlighting strategic delivery goals.
  • Predecessor & Successor Dependencies: Connect task relationships so downstream tasks automatically respect preceding deliverable completions.
  • Multiple Zoom Levels: Switch between Days, Weeks, and Months to view both granular daily allocations and broad quarterly horizons.
  • Progress Fill: Bars display internal color fills indicating the percentage of completed checklist items within that ticket.
