Roles & Capability Permissions
WorkFuz utilizes standard WordPress capabilities alongside granular role assignments to enforce strict access control.
Default Roles & Access Levels
Section titled “Default Roles & Access Levels”| Role | Typical Capabilities |

| Administrator | Global oversight over all spaces, projects, financial settings, and blueprints. |
| Space Manager | Can create, edit, and archive projects and reassign members within their designated Space. |
| Project Member / Contributor | Can create tasks, log hours with the stopwatch, update ticket statuses, and upload assets. |
| Client / Viewer | Read-only access to assigned projects, can review deliverables, download assets, and approve milestones. |
Customizing Capabilities
Section titled “Customizing Capabilities”From the Roles & Permissions panel, administrators can toggle specific rights per user role:
workfuz_create_spaces: Ability to spawn new top-level spaces.workfuz_edit_tasks: Ability to reorder Kanban cards and reassign team members.workfuz_manage_budgets: Ability to view monetary caps and team billing rates.workfuz_view_workload: Access to the cross-project team capacity sentinel.
