Configuring Stages

Section titled “Configuring Stages”
  • Add New Column: Click + Add Stage to insert custom stages like Blocked, Client Review, or QA Testing.
  • Drag-to-Reorder: Reorder columns to match your team’s exact deployment pipeline.
  • Stage Color & Icon: Assign color badges and icons to highlight stage progression on Kanban cards.
  • Completion Flag: Mark specific stages (e.g. Closed, Accepted) as completed so WorkFuz automatically factors them into project progress percentages and stops live timers.
