Project Workspace Overview Dashboard
The Overview tab serves as the executive cockpit for each project, giving managers and clients an instant summary of delivery health.
Executive Metric Cards
Section titled “Executive Metric Cards”At the top of the Overview tab, four primary cards provide live telemetry:
- Overall Completion: Calculated dynamically from closed tasks and milestone delivery ratios.
- Active vs Completed Tasks: Real-time tally of tickets in flight versus total deliverables.
- Logged Hours vs Estimated: Total hours recorded by stopwatch and manual logs compared against the estimated project budget.
- Milestone Velocity & Health: Status of the next upcoming milestone deadline, alerting you if deliverables are slipping behind schedule.
Project Metadata & Team Roster
Section titled “Project Metadata & Team Roster”The sidebar panel summarizes key project configuration details:
- Parent Space: The container governing access and confidentiality.
- Lead Project Manager: Designated point of contact.
- Due Date: The hard deadline for final delivery.
- Active Team Members: Avatars and names of assigned contributors.
